Why we keep to one corridor
Every town we list is on the same road out of Ipswich. That is deliberate. A short, predictable drive means surveys can be arranged quickly, return visits for curing times are practical, and a fitter can come back to snag a threshold without it becoming a half-day trip. It also means we know the housing: which estates have chipboard upstairs, which streets have timber ground floors, and where old solid floors are likely to have no damp-proofing.
